My Story

Hi there, I am Trashika Rawat!

Before I found my passion as a Digital Consultant for Digital Marketing and Backend Operations Management in 2020, I was running around in circles. I studied accounting at Christ University and my first job was at Ernst & Young as a Tax Analyst. Pretty good right? And not to say I didn’t like my job, I liked it but also did not. Later, during my MBA at NMIMS, I took a summer internship in HR at Jio but again, did not like it. Finally, I decided to complete my graduation in finance but alas, was not liking the job profiles that were coming my way.

It was frustrating. I wanted to work but I did not know what I was good at.

It was then I started working on finding my passion and three years later, here I am - working with clients from 7+ countries across 10+ industries and I could not be any more satisfied.

So whether you're a school or college student, a working professional or simply an individual wanting to find their passion, I'm here to mentor you (like I wish somebody would have).

We will get on a 1:1 Google Meet call where you tell me what you are struggling with and I will help you by creating a plan which takes you from there to where you want to be - where you should be. Simple!
